Sandrine Quilici, Deputy Head of Norman K France & Head of Wealth Planning, and David Chapelle, Family Wealth Solutions at Norman K, have been promoted to Deputy Head of Norman K France and Head of Wealth Management at Norman K, respectively.
Sandrine Quilici, Director of Wealth Planning and member of the strategic committee, has been appointed Deputy Director of Norman K France alongside Olivier Chereau, General Director of Norman K France. Her appointment will strengthen the executive management and support the growth and international expansion of Norman K.
David Chapelle, Head of the Family Wealth Solutions division, has been entrusted with leading the Wealth Management department. David will oversee all Wealth Management teams in France and internationally, and will continue to support and develop the Family Wealth Solutions division within Norman K.
Together, Sandrine and David will continue their mission to help entrepreneurs establish family governance that ensures the longevity of the business and maintains family cohesion.
Biographies
Sandrine Quilici holds a DESS in Personal Taxation and is a graduate of the Institut de Formation et de Recherche en Evaluation Immobilière (IFREIM) at the University of Aix-Marseille. She has over 25 years of experience in the legal and tax issues related to both private and professional wealth of entrepreneurs.
In 1999, she joined Cridon (Centre de Recherche, d’Information et de Documentation Notariale) of Bordeaux-Toulouse as a Consultant, where she was responsible for drafting consultations for notaries on complex legal and tax issues.
In 2002, Sandrine joined the law firm Fidal as a lawyer and member of the technical management team. Her role was to support all of the firm’s tax lawyers and contribute to the development of the firm’s tax doctrine. In 2006, she joined Pictet Wealth Management in Paris as head of the wealth engineering department for 17 years and served on the executive committee.
She joined Norman K in June 2023 as Director of Wealth Planning.
In parallel, Sandrine Quilici was appointed Associate Professor at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2021, after teaching for 20 years at several French universities and at CNAM. Since 2019, she has been Co-Scientific Director of the journal “Ingénierie Patrimoniale,” published by JFA Editions, and she collaborates with LexisNexis and has published numerous articles in various legal journals.
Sandrine has been a member of the tax section of the Institut d’Etudes Juridiques of the CSN (Conseil supérieur du notariat – Notaires de France) since 2023.
David Chapelle holds a master’s degree in wealth management and financial engineering, as well as a business school degree. He began his career at Société Générale before joining Norman K in September 2023 as Director of the Family Wealth Solutions division.
David started in 2010 at Société Générale France as a wealth management advisor. For four years, he was responsible for managing the wealth segment of a group of seven branches, supporting the development of wealth clients while working in synergy with corporate teams as part of the business leader approach.
In 2014, David joined the “Corporate” department, managing a portfolio of around thirty SMEs and becoming the key contact for their leaders on all their needs.
In 2015, David joined Société Générale Private Banking Monaco as a Senior Credit Advisor to develop financing solutions for UHNWI clients.
Building on this experience, he was appointed Senior Private Banker in 2017 to support the UHNW segment of the Monaco entity. For six years, David advised European entrepreneurial families on their comprehensive wealth management issues in an international context.
